- Yao-Jen Chang
- Dr. Yao-Jen Chang is a professor at the Department of Electronic Engineering, Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan. He served as a technical consultant to IBM for e-Commerce advancements during 1997~1999. From 2000~2004, he took a leave to join Yam Digital as chief scientist specializing in e-Government. He received a humanity services award in 2007 from CYCU for the work he has done in nonprofit assistive technology. He supervised a student research project which received a support from 2007 ACM SIGACESS Student Research Competition. He is a member of ACM SIGACCESS. His research interests include assistive technology and Web intelligence.
